Thriving with Intention - a three to four month immersive journey centered around both manifesting a specific intention, as well as generally cultivating a thriving life. This offering is for both individuals or small groups, virtually or in-person. We will meet once a week in hourly sessions that include meditation, journaling and discussion. This course uses a specific intention as an anchor on the pathway to a broader and lasting transformation. Get ready for something beautiful, powerful and transformative!

Mindfulness and Motivation for Climate Leaders - this new 6 part retreat makes the connection between our inner development and one of the greatest challenges of our time. In this series, we explore how peace happens one person at a time - and what we do for our own wellbeing, we do for the wellbeing of the planet. Mastering Our Greatest Currency: The Art of Attention - our attention has never been more scattered or distracted. Meanwhile, it seems like every time we turn around, something unexpected is dropped into our laps! Mastering the art of attention gives us the skills to not only manage through life’s challenges, but to thrive. This workshop, offered in a 60, 90 minute or half-day format, is dedicated to mastering our greatest resource and transforming how we live in the process.

Mindful Communications - relationships are at the heart of being human; and we all want to know how to navigate them better. This workshop, offered in a 60, 90 minute or half-day format, focuses on bringing more mindfulness to our interactions with others. While it focuses on the interpersonal nature of communications, it also touches on how we can impact a broader audience. Follow-up sessions are also available.

Resilience and Emotional Wellbeing - an 8 or 12 part series where participants are exposed to numerous types of meditation, with tips for how to incorporate more mindfulness into daily life. These sessions include content, partner work and group discussion.

My gift to myself this year was to take Abbie’s new program. Though a graduate of Abbie’s shorter group meditation course, nothing could prepare me for the impact of this tailored, intense experience. I was able to see the human and glimpse the divine. We each chose an intention, (mine was “I am at peace with the changes in my life”) and meditated on it using different themes at increasing levels of difficulty. Abbie prepared a discussion, readings, and a meditation for each meeting. In addition, I separately meditated for ten minutes twice a day, and kept a gratitude journal using entries that expanded on the themes. The experience posed challenges, but I likened it to “going through a Dark Wood with a spirit guide.” I would wholeheartedly recommend this program especially for people in transition, overcoming grief or like myself seeking to transform one aspect of their lives through mindfulness.” - Carmen
