Mindfulness is an act of self-love, and the lack of self-love is at the root of almost all problems, individually and globally.
If you are dealing with a specific challenge or would like individualized attention, 60 minute coaching/personal mindfulness training sessions are available in person or virtually. These sessions will include a personalized guided meditation to do in your own time.

1) Experiencing more inner peace
2) Better stress management
3) Releasing limiting beliefs
4) Mindful parenting
One 60 minute session per month = 100 USD ; package of three 60 minute sessions per month = 270 USD
