Mindfulness is a tool of discovery, recovery and ultimately liberation.
If you are dealing with a specific challenge or would like individualized attention, 60 minute coaching/personal mindfulness training sessions are available in person or virtually. Sessions will be tailored to the needs of the individual, but may include a combination of discussion, coaching, meditation, as well as “homework.” These sessions will also include a personalized guided meditation to do in your own time.

One 60 minute session per month = 100 USD ; package of three 60 minute sessions per month = 270 USD
